Booking.com BV (the company behind Booking.com™, the market leading online hotel reservation service in the world) is looking for a Business Integrity Analyst. The  Business Integrity Operations team is responsible for managing different activities and investigations to ensure compliance with the different sanctions regulations including sanction screening, KYC/KYP, and anti-money laundering. Continuous improvement in detection and response capabilities is key. The Business Integrity Operations team is part of the Global Security Operations center within Technology. We are seeking a Business Integrity Analyst who is motivated to take ownership for an array of operational tasks for which they are held accountable: The Business Integrity Analyst investigates alerts and resolves cases from start to finish. On the one hand, they must have great communication skills to proactively inform and involve relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Risk, Compliance, Local Partner Services, Technology, and Finance). On the other hand, Analysts are expected to proactively suggest operational improvements within security operations. B.responsible Conducts investigations on various business integrity related matters including but not limited to sanction screening, Know Your Partner (KYP) or Anti-money laundering (AML) using a variety of databases and research tools along with public records Identifies possible control design failures, issues best effort and proactive recommendations for inclusion into the filters and follows through in the execution of those recommendations to reduce the risk of bad actors using Booking as a conduit to enable activity that may be of concern Suspends or terminates business partnerships and  work with the Compliance team to file necessary regulatory disclosures Works collaboratively with business lines  and management for strictly adhering to compliance  programs and internal escalation policies and procedures while responding within targeted service level standards Provide insight into business integrity operations by providing transparent reporting Draft new and enhance existing processes and procedures in response to changing business and/or regulatory environment and working together with business stakeholders and engineering teams to innovate in this field Other job-related duties as assigned B.skilled Min 2 years of experience OFAC/Sanctions Client List Screening and KYC requirements Experience in defining/documenting new processes ensuring appropriate controls framework Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing and relationship building skills. Strong team player Experience in an Operations, Middle Office, or Compliance environment (preferably with a focus on ensuring data quality) Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills required for data analysis (e.g. use of pivot tables and v-lookups) Intermediate SQL and Hadoop database query skills required to retrieve and analyse data Able to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining quality output Accuracy and attention to detail Self-disciplined Comfortable working fluently in English, both written and spoken;   The hiring company Booking.com BV is the company behind Booking.com™, the market leading online accommodation reservation service in the world.
