We’d like to stimulate positive behavior of our partners, and work together with them to create a great guest experience. The Partner Behavior Team is part of the Fraud & Abuse department and was created to monitor behavior of Booking.com partners, and implement controls to prevent any type of abusive behavior or fraud. The role of Junior Fraud & Abuse Analyst involves liaising with many stakeholders within the Booking.com organization including Partner Services and Security. You will investigate and resolve abuse cases from start to finish. In addition you will (pro-) actively contribute to the further development of the Partner Behavior function and its detection methods. The perfect candidate must have great communication skills to proactively inform and involve relevant (internal) stakeholders (e.g. Customer Service, Local Partner Services, Finance). In addition the Jr. Fraud & Abuse Analyst is expected to be highly analytical with a great eye for detail. B.responsible Investigate partners with suspicious behavior, according to detection methods/tools and on request; Initiate innovations as well as process improvements Perform data analysis to optimize partner behavior detection as well as monitoring Perform data management on cases and maintain timelines by ensuring timely actions; Communicate with partners and the local Booking.com teams to prevent unwanted behavior and/or solve cases; Work effectively with the team and other colleagues by communicating trends and sharing ideas and knowledge in a constructive and positive manner; Manage listing of partners performing unwanted behavior; Assure strong quality as well as productivity standards; Assist in additional tasks and projects if needed. B.skilled Experience in handling fraud and/or complaint cases, analysis on partner data; Experience in analysing and/or modifying large data sets via Excel Strong ability to deliver results within deadlines; Ability to identify operational efficiencies; Ability to work independently and able to challenge the status quo Interested in technical processes and optimization of working methods; Excellent written and oral communication and service skills; Excellent knowledge of the English language, more languages are desirable Ability to create and/or modify SQL queries is a plus The hiring company Booking.com BV is the company behind Booking.com™, the market leading online accommodation reservation service in the world.
